1 × 1.5-hour Coaching Session
1 × 30-minute Alignment Workshop (putting what you learn into action)
Daily check-ins on Viber — voice memos & video chats
Mini challanges/tasks: Journaling, reflection, affirmations & mindset tools
Week 1: Clarity week
This is where we press pause.
We begin by gaining clarity on things like purpose and goals. Together, we look at what’s been draining you, what may be in the way—maybe it's burnout or survival-mode living. We start reconnecting you with your truth and get clear on your unique goals.
Week 2: Discovering your Inner Voice
This is where we uncover what's holding you back.
Now that we’ve begun to slow down, we explore the deeper patterns, old emotional wounds, outdated stories that aren't your own, and protective habits that may be shaping your current situation. This is about building awareness, not fixing—meeting what’s there with compassion, understanding YOU.
Week 3: Embracing Imperfection
This is where we release the pressure.
This week is all about unraveling the pressure to connect you to your true, authentic self & vision. You’ll learn how perfectionism or the need to control may be hiding fear and self-doubt and how to meet it with grace to finally release it and move forward.
Week 4: Restoring Balance + Healing from the Inside Out
This is where we reduce stress.
We introduce daily practices that help you feel safe in your body again. You’ll start to notice where you hold tension, how you respond to stress, and learn simple techniques to ground, regulate, and restore your energy to be able to create a routine that feels fun & feeds your soul.
Week 5: Anti-Burnout Routine Building
This is where everything starts to change.
We’re not just talking about routines, we’re designing the foundation for a life that actually feels fulfilling. These aren’t just habits, they’re identity shifts for the life you’ve been craving.
Week 6: Embodying the New You
This is where we lock it in.
Everything you’ve uncovered becomes more than knowledge, a new you guided by your intuition. This isn’t just a temporary shift, it’s the start of a new way of living. You’ll walk away with real clarity, grounded practices, and a deeper trust in yourself that you can lean on for life.
